See everything that shipped
Screening
Catch more sanctioned companies, and work adverse media in the AFCD case report.
Sanctions screening now also matches company names that keep their legal form, such as AS or SARL, so more sanctioned organisations are caught. You may see new hits on the next run.
The assessment AI summary includes adverse-media hits an analyst has confirmed relevant.
The AFCD case report gains an adverse-media view: a subject-grouped queue with a deep dive, the full article body, and localised copy.
Monitoring
Draft-mode preview now covers PEP, Sanctions and Relations alerts.
Draft-mode preview now covers PEP, Sanctions and Relations alert settings, so you can see how many alerts your changes would produce before you apply them.
Ownership & Structure
Sub-threshold beneficial owners collapse into a searchable Other shareholders node.
Widely held companies stay legible: beneficial owners below the display threshold collapse into the "Other shareholders" node, with a labelled, searchable list, instead of one node each.
Portfolio Health
Set a maximum number of portfolio companies per customer, with usage shown.
Admins can set a maximum number of portfolio companies per customer, and see usage against that limit.
Roles & Permissions
Delete actions only appear when your permissions allow them.

Entity-page banners scroll away with the page, and the Location map no longer steals page scroll.
The portfolio horizontal scrollbar is visible again.
Four-eyes review shows the reviewer's comment and verdict to the assessment author.
The assessment AI summary no longer labels suggested-false hits as awaiting disposition.
Registry-check document actions are hidden when not enabled, and an unknown document id returns "not found" rather than "forbidden".
Inviting a member defaults to team member, with no role required.
Service and API-client accounts are excluded from the assignee picker.
"Create private person" registry search is limited to Norway, with a note pointing to manual entry.
The sanction match-details tooltip shows the weight divisor, so the figure matches the percentage.
Week 31 · 2026
The notification panel becomes a full side sheet with filters, grouping and an unread count, and a cross-user feed issue is closed. The Screening Matrix gains a Network group, and assessment mode works without four-eyes review.
See everything that shipped
Platform & UX
A side-sheet notifications panel with filters, grouping, an unread count, and a security fix.
The notification panel is a right-side sheet matching the full page, with date-grouped rows, the connected company on each row, a numeric unread badge, a "mark all as read" button, a filter bar, and a shared "unread only" toggle that persists.
Long notification feeds scroll faster.
The notifications feed and unread count are scoped to you, closing an issue where a teammate could read another user's feed.
Screening
Network-screened entities appear in a dedicated group, each naming its connection.
The Screening Matrix honours the Risk Summary "network risk" toggle: network-screened entities appear in a Network group, each row naming the company it connects through.
Monitoring
Preview alert volume for company-information settings before applying.
Alert settings draft mode covers Company information alerts: preview the projected alert volume, active against draft, before you apply, with a per-field breakdown and an impact tile.
Platform & UX
Assessment workflow, ownership chart, comments and invites.
Assessment mode works without four-eyes review: teams with four-eyes off can complete an assessment with no reviewers.
The entity status selector is locked while an assessment is out for four-eyes review.
Risk assessment cards show a dotted border while pending review.
The "network risk" tooltip reflects your actual screening scope.
The ownership chart's registered-UBO banner no longer squashes nodes, and the strip is renamed "Beneficial owners without ownership".

Inviting a user to another team keeps their language preference.
The create-private-person modal keeps the name, national ID, country and birth date you typed when you switch to manual entry.
Week 30 · 2026

Identity Verification
Forms can finish as Inconclusive when document verification needs redoing.
Customer-Facing Forms can finish with an Inconclusive outcome when document verification needs redoing, so a form no longer reads as a full success. A reason explains what to redo.
Find these on a new Inconclusive tab on the Data Collection page and a matching portfolio filter, with in-app and email notifications you can opt in or out of.
The Inconclusive outcome is available on the Connect API and the form.status.changed webhook.

Draft-mode preview metrics are available to anyone who can draft screening settings.
Ownership & Structure
Choose exactly which chart edits to undo instead of wiping everything.
Reset is a selection screen: shareholder and beneficial-owner edits are listed by entity, so you choose exactly which to undo instead of wiping the chart in one click.
Platform & UX
New search coverage, screening layout, localisation and performance.
Search returns Greenland and Faroe Islands companies and persons via Denmark's CVR registry, in the app and the Connect API.

The team-user picker keeps results visible while you type.
The invite wizard skips Customer and Team steps when they are already filled in.
Customer status expiry can be set for any status.
Week 27
This week sharpens screening transparency and the Connect API. Screening hits show the matched name and term behind them, and the Connect API returns alternative beneficial owners for every team, adds a per-request language header, and lets you fetch matches that still need a disposition.
See everything that shipped

The Data Collection page gets a clearer header, underline tabs and a filter.
Platform & UX
Registry error clarity, ownership edit persistence, forms polish and data-source updates.
Clearer errors when the Norwegian population register (FREG) is unavailable or returns bad data, instead of a misleading message.
Beneficial owners you remove from registry data stay removed across refreshes, and re-sync correctly after a reset.
Entity resolution keeps valid findings when one is malformed, and resolves org numbers by direct lookup when a search misses.
BRREG roles include the deregistered (avregistrert) field.
The EU high-risk third-country list is updated to the January 2026 version.
Forms show entries created after the page loaded, and there is a new form-invite email template.

Monitoring
Monitor from the backlog modal, preview screening that matches your settings, and catch more status changes.
Add an entity to monitoring straight from the backlog modal.
The screening metrics preview reflects more of your settings: shareholder and subsidiary thresholds, excluded role titles, and excluded beneficial-ownership reasons, so the preview matches what gets screened.
Alert filter suggestions are smarter, offering composite suggestions and single-facet ones once a filter is applied.
Screening change checks include unchanged hits, and PEP screening re-runs when an entity's countries change, so status changes are not missed.
Roles & Permissions
Read-only users can see high-risk industry codes, and some views drop the admin requirement.
Read-only and non-manager users can view the high-risk industry code panel.
