Activity log: one timeline for every customer

Every company and person in Strise now has an Activity tab. It shows registry changes, screening hits, monitoring alerts and your team's actions in one timeline, newest first and grouped by day.

When an auditor asks what you knew about a customer and when, the facts used to sit in four places: registry data, screening decisions, monitoring alerts and your team's own edits. The activity log puts them in one view.

What the Strise activity log shows

The sources in the log are Registry, Screening, Monitoring, Strise AI, System and User.

• Registry changes include name, address, industry, employees, status, financials, court cases, roles, shareholders and beneficial owners.
• Screening shows PEP and sanctions hits with the match percentage.
• Your team's actions include edits, assignment, tags, comments, reviews, approval steps, documents and forms.

See what was known about a customer on a given day

Filter by source, field, person and date; all the filters you set must match. The date filter shows what was known on a given day, for example the day a customer was approved.

Undo an edit from the activity log

An edit that still applies is marked Active and can be undone with Undo. The undo is logged too, so the record stays complete. If the registry later overrides a manual edit, the log shows the conflict, and you can resolve it with one click. Activity log coverage and limits

• The log starts when monitoring was turned on for a company. Roles and ownership go back to October 2025, other company information to February 2026 and screening hits to July 2026.
• The date in the log is when Strise detected the change, which can differ from when the registry recorded it.
• Details of registry changes require Monitoring. Without Monitoring you see that something changed, but not what.
• The log is not available through the Connect API.
