Ben has 8 years of experience in B2B tech startups in various industries, including finance, telecommunications and renewable energy. He has held various commercial roles, including business development, customer success, strategy, and investor relations.
Mike has an extensive commercial background. He was the first Enterprise Sales hire for Dropbox Europe and part of the UK/I market launch team. He also ran sales teams at Dow Jones as Corporate Sales Manager EMEA and helped commercialise a VR startup that was recently acquired by Varjo.
Fredrik loves strategy and business. His background includes practical and theoretical disciplines such as engineering, carpentry, bis.dev, sales, and much more (even farming). He holds a masters degree in Industrial Engineering and a master's degree from NTNU School of Entrepreneurship.
Robin has a strong background in eID services and regulated industries. He has gained ample experience with complex solution architecture from a commercial perspective. With the approach of a consultant, he strives to improve KYC processes and leverage technology to fight financial crime.
Synne holds a master's degree from NTNUs School of Entrepreneurship, where she co-founded a startup, Coda Forms. Since this, she has held various positions in several startups (Wiral Technologies, Poption) as project and people management and different commercial roles.
Fredrik graduated from UiO with a master's degree in Public Sector IT. He worked on building adoption and long-term strategies for machine learning in the public sector before shifting towards product management. Before joining Strise, he managed the development of a series of products within healthcare financing.
Sigve likes to build stuff. Before founding Strise, he was part of the founding team of Norway’s largest financial news site, E24, and of the music streaming service, Tidal, later acquired by Square.
Marit graduated from Høyskolen Kristiania with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. She worked as a designer, content creator, and art director in Blueye Robotics, then moved on to learning UX and UI design. Before, during, and after her studies, she also experienced working as a freelance visual designer.
May graduated from NTNU with a master’s degree in Interaction Design. During her studies, she exchanged to the TU Delft in the Netherlands to expose herself to a totally different culture. She also brings experience from earlier work relations and various interdisciplinary projects.
Wendy has spent the last two years working for start-ups in Norway. Originally from South Africa, she worked as a writer, copywriter and brand specialist for various industries, including publishing; where she wrote for COSMOPOLITAN magazine. She has a Masters in English but now her passion is marketing exceptional products.
Hanne graduates from INSA Toulouse with a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a specialisation in Big Data and Distributed Systems in august 2023. She is now working backend in Strise as her graduation project, and she looks forward to continue working for Strise after she graduates as well.
Sander is a consultant from Techfolk which has a master’s degree in Computer Science from NTNU. He is a full-stack developer who enjoys both frontend- and backend-development. Sander is never shy of learning something new, and he loves sharing and consuming knowledge in a team.
Adrian graduated from NMBU with a master's degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management. He started as an SAP consultant, building complex enterprise solutions. Due to limitations in the SAP world, he decided to transform into a self-grown tech potato in the cloud and has been working as one since 2020.
Carl graduated from North Park University with a bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics with a major in Management. He has worked as an analyst on Google Ads as a contractor at Google. He also worked with labelling/annotation and QA on Siri at Apple.
In the beginning, Patrick wrote a lot of the code. Now he doesn't do that anymore. He graduated from NTNU with a master's degree in Computer Science, specialising in AI, in 2016 and has been building Strise ever since.
Stein-Erik holds a master's degree in Computer Science with an AI specialisation from NTNU. He has worked in Strise since early 2018, first as an intern while studying and later full-time after finishing his degree. He works as a backend developer, with ML and DevOps as his areas of interest.
Sigurd has a master's degree in Computer Science with an AI specialisation from NTNU. Starting as an intern in Strise during his studies, he has worked as a backend developer.
Martin graduated from NTNU with a master's degree in Computer Science. He is a full-stack developer with the main responsibility for the front end.
Marit has a master's degree from the School of Entrepreneurship at NTNU. During this period, she co-founded Rendra, a SaaS for the construction industry, later acquired by JDM Technology Group.

Lars is the former CMO at Promon, a global SaaS Security company. He led marketing for JUST EAT and was part of the first management team that scaled the company in Norway. He holds a bachelor's degree (Hons) in Integrated Promotional Media from Southampton Solent University.
