Platform and UX cleanup
A batch of smaller fixes. Italian registry ZIPs from Kyckr now unpack automatically, so the PDF appears in documents instead of looping in errors. Generated review PDFs download even if you switch browser tabs. Entity search filters live in the URL, so a refresh keeps your chips and links are shareable. Private person creation shows a proper "already exists" message on duplicate national ID, and two teams can hold the same private person independently.

Connect API reliability and readability
Sandbox alerts can now generate Relations and Company-information events, not just PEP and Sanctions, so you can test more of the integration. Outbound webhook deliveries now send a JSON content-type header, so strict gateways stop rejecting them.

Financial statements on the Company resource
The Connect API Company resource has a new field returning annual financial statements: period, currency, share capital, revenue, and net income, for both standalone and consolidated reports. Auditor remarks now come through as human-readable text instead of raw disclaimer codes.
Court-case reschedules trigger alerts again
Court-case reschedule events trigger alerts again and show the scheduled date in the before/after view, so you do not miss a moved hearing.
Imported companies are monitored by default
Companies added through portfolio CSV upload or CRM sync are now monitored by default. This closes a gap where roughly 23,000 companies imported since late May had landed without monitoring. The custom company create form also has a monitoring opt-in switch, on by default.
Restored permissions and notification controls
Two regressions are fixed. Users and their team managers can again change their own email-notification preferences. Team managers also see the New webhook button again.
Assign roles at any level
Admin Roles & permissions gains an Assignments tab. You can now assign roles at any level: Team, Customer, or System-wide, rather than only per team. Inherited role assignments are now visible on team and customer pages, so you can see where access comes from. The invite-user wizard also tells you exactly which features are missing an integration when Next is blocked.
Adverse media column shows true state
The adverse media column now properly separates Cleared from No-data instead of blurring the two. Re-marking a hit as relevant correctly re-enters it into the count.
PEP and RCA hits are no longer mutually exclusive
Previously a person could only surface as PEP or RCA, never both. Now someone who qualifies for both is shown as both, in the UI and the Connect API. Risk scoring credits whichever rule pays more and never stacks both, so the score stays accurate while the picture gets more complete.
Screening Matrix clarity upgrades
The Screening Matrix is easier to read. Cleared sections now stay visible with a "N cleared, hidden" line, so you can tell "all related people screened and cleared" apart from "no related people at all." Hit counts above the cap now render as 100+ rather than an exact-looking number that could mislead.
Custom risk fields in Portfolio Health
Portfolio Health v2 adds a Custom risk fields section. Single-value fields show distribution cards; multi-value fields show counts. Both open into a drilldown side panel. Each field carries a badge showing whether it applies to Companies, Private persons, or both. If you delete a shared field, the dialog now warns you that it will disappear from both tabs.
Entity page redesign
The entity page got a consistency pass. Every section is now a bordered card with unified headings, dividers, and spacing. Empty states are cleaner and action-oriented: when there is no credit score yet, for example, you will see a clear Fetch credit score call-to-action instead of a blank space.
Owner charts render without a register country
Companies without a register country previously failed to render an owner chart. That is fixed. The chart now builds correctly regardless of register country.
Subsidiaries as an expandable tree
Subsidiaries are now an expandable, searchable tree inside the owner and subsidiary chart. They start collapsed with an aggregated count and flag badges, and you drill down through nested levels as needed. Dissolved subsidiaries are gathered into a single Former subsidiaries box per level, so the live tree stays clean. We also relabelled "Beneficial ownership" to "Beneficial owners" for clarity.
Signicat webhooks admin view
The admin Signicat Webhooks page now shows team names, the latest event, and a per-team status of ready, partial, or missing. It also warns you when duplicate subscriptions are delivering to the same URL, so you can catch misconfigurations before they cause problems.
BankID declarations auto-create verifications
When a signer completes a customer-declaration form with BankID, Strise automatically creates a pending ID verification for that person. Once it completes, it auto-approves on our side. No manual setup, no follow-up step.
Identity verification, rebuilt
The Identity Verification section on companies got a full redesign. People are now grouped into pending, failed, and completed, with a details drawer for each. A new initiate flow lets you request verifications for several people at once instead of one at a time. Verification links go out to each person through Signicat email. For cases handled outside the digital flow, you can now record a manual ID verification directly.
